That plan was never recorded and the current owner let that expire but the town was very much in favor of it and would likely approve it again. See Town of Goffstown decision letter dated 10/27/23 with final conditions of approval. There was also a conceptual subdivision plan for 9 lots with a road which was never been applied for.
